Fright Forwarder Conditions

We are operation based on the General German Fright Forwarder Conditions 2017 – ADSp 2017 and as far as these are not applicable to our services on basis of The Logistics Standard Terms and Conditions, Version March 2016. Notice: The ADSp 2017, in their Para. 23, are deviating from the civilian liability-cap in regard of demages to goods (Section 431 German Federal Civil Code) by reducing the liability for multimodal transports including sea transport and where the damage location is unknown to 2 SDR / kg and otherwise the standard liability of 8.33 Limit SDR / kg to 1.25 million euros per claim and 2.5 million euros per loss event, but at least 2 SDR / kg.
